At XB, led commercial teams and played a key role in a successful turnaround. Subsequently spent ten years building
and running a digital agency focussed on manufacturing companies.
Most recently, led a turnaround and transformation programme within a healthcare subsidiary, restoring operational control, performance and stakeholder confidence. Experience also includes acquisitions, integrations and organisational change initiatives.
